Return & Exchanges

New and undamaged items may be returned for store credit;

- This means that items should have tags and original clear package intact

- Items should not have any signs of wear and tear, smells, stains, or any other signs of damage.

- Damaged items with signs of wear and tear, laundry detergent and any other damage will be denied return request. 

- Items not returned in original condition will not be eligible for full store credit. 

The customer is to ship the items, then store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card upon retrieval of the unwanted items.

Items will not be accepted if order has not been returned within 14 days.

We do not process exchanges, items can only be returned for store credit. 

Return Instructions

- Contact hello@missfm.co with your name, order number, and email used to purchase.

- Our team will provide you with the necessary steps to successfully process your return and receive your store credit. 

NOTE 

- Return shipping will be deducted from store credit. 

- International Returns & Exchanges - the customer is 100% responsible for return shipping, and store credit will be issued upon retrieval of the items.

- Items bought on sale or from the sales rack cannot be returned. 

ANY FRAUDULENT RETURNS WILL BE DENIED A REFUND AND STORE CREDIT
